    Lakeside Medical, a division of CR England, is looking for a Certified Drug Screen Collector to work as an Independent Contractor.

    Position Summary 


    The qualified candidate will work closely with our on-site medical staff to assist and provide quality drug screen collections and customer service for C.R. England employees and drivers.


    This position is Part Time Only!

    Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays, 8AM-4PM


    The Drug Screen Collector will be responsible for: 

    • Collecting and testing urine samples
    • Hair Follicle collection
    • Managing inventory and assisting with supply orders
    • Maintaining accurate patient/collection records


    The successful candidate should possess:

    • A high level of motivation and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
    • The ability to multi-task and maintain a positive working relationship to support the department in reaching company goals
    • Knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA)
    • Experience with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Urine Drug screen and Hair Follicle certification and collection experience
    • Understanding of Department of Transportation physical exams
    • Experience in occupational medicine or urgent care
