    Inside Sales-Driver Recruiters prospect experienced drivers interested in filling a variety of driving positions.  This is a fast paced, high call volume, inside sales environment contacting hot leads to qualify and evaluate a prospective applicant’s ability to fill one of our many driving positions.

    Position Summary


    This position will prospect candidates interested in filling driving positions at CR England. This is a fast paced, high call volume, inside sales environment.  This position will be contacting hot leads to qualify and evaluate a prospective ability to fill one of our driving needs.


    This position offers uncapped commission opportunities!


    Inside Sales-Driver Recruiters prospect candidates interested in attending CR England Trucking School.  This is a fast paced, high call volume, inside sales environment contacting hot leads to qualify and evaluate a prospective student's ability to obtain a CDL and enroll prospective students to a truck driving school nationwide.

    • Review Company provided leads via work queue.
    • Dial out to qualified candidates.
    • Screen and qualify candidate for fit to culture and environment.
    • Follow-up when necessary with additional requested information to candidates.
    • Management and documentation of candidate flow using proprietary computer system CRM.
    • This position is highly demanding and requires patience and professionalism.


    Essential job requirements may include, but not limited to:

    • Ability to make up to 100+ calls per day to company provided leads for the purpose qualifying applicants for various driving positions.
    • Strong organization and time management skills required.
    • Positive “can-do” attitude while maintaining C.R. England’s high integrity standards. 
    • Internally driven to success, self-motivated, self-confident, and competitive. 
    • Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas and goals.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and lead through influence.  
    • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
    • Must manage time effectively, working in an efficient manner while performing tasks with varying time requirements.

    Job qualifications may include, but not limited to:


    • Ability to work with office equipment, utilizing computers for majority of tasks and must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite of programs.


    Physical Requirements:

    • Capable of hearing, with our without correction, sufficiently to perceive normal speaking levels and receive detailed information through oral communication in order to facilitate meetings and work with internal customers and stakeholders by telephone and in person.
    • Position may involve kneeling, stooping, bending, pushing, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 25 pounds.
    • Capable of working extended hours, to include weekends, holidays and various shifts (to include evening and night shifts) as necessary.
    • Capable of sitting at a desk for extended periods of time and working with computer equipment.  
    • Capable of speaking, writing, and reading English well and possessing a good command of the language so that various types of communications may be conducted in English with people of various levels of education and capabilities.
    • Capable of visual acuity, with or without correction, sufficient to prepare and analyze data and figures, view a computer terminal, and read extensively.


    Education and Experience:

    • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
    • A minimum of three (3) years customer service experience is required
    • Short-cycle inside sales or recruiting experience is a plus
    • Experience in or knowledge of trucking industry is a plus
    • Proficient at functional use of Microsoft Windows operating system.
    • Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proficient at functional use of web Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.


    Working Environment and Conditions:    

    • Must have the ability to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and/or delays.
    • Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances.
    • Must be able to handle incoming requests for assistance via phone and in person while working on other tasks.
    • Must remain professional in light of challenging situations that may occur in the location.
