    About this position:


    As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) you will be part of a top-notch team responsible for the development and maintenance of distributed systems. Your primary function will be to oversee the automated testing of nearly every element of our Services Oriented Architecture with particular emphasis on identifying issues with core performance, functionality and scalability.


    Job requirements may include, but not be limited to:


    • Capable of programming in at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, C/C++, Python, Go.
    • Familiarity with Services Oriented Architecture concepts and paradigms.
    • Possess the ability to design, develop, modify, write, and implement software programs, applications, tools, and/or procedures.
    • Install and support development related software systems.
    • Actively participate in design discussions and reviews.
    • Able to drive innovation and forward thinking in the test function.
    • Develop, maintain, and manage automated tests, scripts, procedures, suites, and frameworks for better assessment of product quality.
    • Work closely with those in the Product Owner / Business Analyst role to understand both business and functional requirements.
    • Effectively communicate product quality and status of projects and assignments.


    Job qualifications may include, but not be limited to:


    • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related disciplines.
    • 1+ year of experience in software development.
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
    • Transportation industry experience is highly preferred.
    • Excellent organizational skills
