    Department Overview

    C.R. England is hiring an Account Manager to support EAFS (finance company for our driving school). Collection Representative prospect candidates are responsible for preparation and submission of unfulfilled contracts and collecting unpaid driver accounts as well as some administrative duties.

    Position Summary

     

    Ideal candidates will have General Clerical/Admin experience, familiar with multi-line phones, customer service, collections and invoicing. Must be able to work in a sometimes stressful environment and be familiar with handling crucial conversations over the phone.

    Responsibilities

    Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Person filling this position is required to manage and collect on an account portfolio of approximately 4,000 accounts.
    • This person must be able to multi-task and prioritize in order to get through the daily workload.
    • Successful candidate must be a quick learner, self-motivated, driven, have patience to give each consumer, client, and co-worker undivided, focused attention every time.
    • Must be persistent to go the extra mile and achieve all goals.
    • Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Skip tracing and research skills are required as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate should possess:

    • A minimum of 1 year collections experience, preferably with severely delinquent accounts.
    • A high level of motivation in an effort to provide exceptional customer service.
    • They must possess strong negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain a positive working relationship to support the department in achieving their objectives.
    • Experience working with a high volume of accounts.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Must be interactive and a team player with excellent communication skills.
