    Responsibilities

    Job requirements may include, but not be limited to:

    • Conduct keyword research and write copy for ads
    • Structuring campaigns and ad groups, and determining the best settings
    • Working with large data sets in Excel and uploading data/content for ads using the AdWords Editor tool
    • Creating, analyzing, and optimizing Google AdWords and Bing Ads campaigns for clients across varying industries
    • Ensuring that all Google AdWords and Bing Ads campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic to our clients' site while also ensuring a very strong ROI for every client's marketing budget
    • Monitoring the success of campaigns using various reporting tools
    • Analyzing campaign metrics/data and providing interpretation and suggestions for improving performance to the Manager
    • Conducting AB testing across ads and landing pages
    • Staying current with Google AdWords updates, Bing Ads updates, new technologies, trends, and best practices
    • Strong knowledge of and experience with Google AdWords, Bing adCenter, Google Analytics, and other platforms and analytics tools
    • Successfully completing Google AdWords & Bing Ads certification if not already obtained
    • Analyze advertiser objectives and KPIs to determine optimum organizational method of PPC campaign set-up
    • Create, including ad copy, PPC ads according to Google Adword and Bing Ads criteria
    • Engage with fulfillment consultants and other parties during initial fulfillment stage of campaign set-up
    • Develop and implement optimum PPC budgeting and bid strategies granularly from campaign level to keyword level
    • Build keyword lists by industry verticals and match type in accordance with advertiser focus
    • Track account performance by multiple levels including conversions, call tracking, click through rates, etc.
    • Create standard and custom account reports for departmental reporting, sales reporting and client reporting
    • Proactively optimize campaigns for maximum white-glove level service and PPC performance
    • Trouble-shoot performance issues and problem solve
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Job qualifications may include, but not be limited to:

    • 3+ years of online marketing experience focused on paid search (SEM, PPC, etc)
    • Experience building and optimizing PPC and display campaigns with Google AdWords and AdWords Editor is a MUST
    • Experience managing Google/Bing accounts with monthly budgets of $500,000+
    • At least 2 years working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
    • Highly developed interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
    • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
    • Experience working with a paid search bidding and optimization platform
    • Strong analytics experience, including familiarity with an online analytics platform
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • The ability to function equally well independently as well as part of a team, and the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment
