Job requirements may include, but not be limited to:


  • Be a great team player, collaborate closely with developers, product managers, marketers, strategists, analysts and other key stakeholders.
  • Utilize technology to design engaging web interfaces with logical and thought out behaviors and actions. 
  • Collaborate and communicate professionally with business units and internal teams.
  • Create rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers.
  • HTML and CSS expert
  • JavaScript/jQuery
  • Some exposure to JSP or PHP
  • Experience working in a front end framework (ex. Bootstrap)
  • Cross-browser compatability
  • Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Other duties as assigned


Job qualifications may include, but not be limited to:


  • Three or more years of interaction design experience. 
  • Proven ability to design the interaction experience for products that enable the user to achieve their objectives in the best possible way.
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable for work.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team-oriented setting, with experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
  • Open to receiving objective, constructive criticism and improving upon it.
