C.R. England is hiring for the position of a New Hire Compliance Specialist. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to hiring safe drivers by working closely with our driving schools and recruiting teams to review new hire driver applications ensuring they meet company and regulatory standards. Must posses strong phone skills, be an effective communicator and have intermediate administrative skills.


Starting pay $12.00-$14.00 / per hour plus bonus potential 


Job requirements may include, but are not limited to:

  • This individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficiently review and complete hiring documents to meet important deadlines
  • Unimpeachable integrity and organizational skills 
  • Documentation and maintenance of all processes and procedures
  • Identification of gaps in data and requirements in the application
  • Swiftly and accurately respond in a calm professional manner during high stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task and must be detail oriented
  • Accuracy and confidence in making sound decisions
  • Researching and investigating any challenges that may arise
  • Collaborating with various departments in information gathering to ensure the hiring process meets all deadlines and requirements
  • Working independently and in a team environment
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Job qualifications may include, but are not limited to:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
  • Familiarity with legal and court documents
  • Previous safety and/or compliance background
  • Auditing experience
  • AS 400/ McLeod/TMW Operating Systems (preferred) 
  • Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations (preferred)
