Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Sales Tax calculations, filings and research for multiple states and counties
  • 401K administration and reporting
  • Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations
  • Bank Account posting and reconciliations
  • Accounting entries for Cash, A/P, A/R, Accrued Liabilities
  • Researching and resolving errors and unposted items
  • Coordinate with other members of the finance / accounting team to review financial information
  • Month-end close duties
  • Ad-hoc projects as directed by management
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications may include, but are not limited to:


  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Masters of Accounting (MAcc) or MBA preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in public or industry accounting
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • An understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting
  • Sales Tax experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical
  • Detail oriented
