Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage a team of Business Intelligence Analysts responsible for providing ad-hoc data and analytical support to as well as building dashboards and reports for internal customers.
  • Train junior BI team members on SQL, SSIS, SSRS and other technical skills.
  • Help the BI team gain a deep understanding of the business processes and the relevant data in support of reporting and analytical needs by the end users.
  • Help the BI team with extracting, consolidating, and reconciling data from various data sources (SQL Server, AS400, etc.).
  • Guide the BI team on the design and development of QlikView dashboards and SSRS reports for business users.
  • Develop enterprise ETL strategy in support of data warehouse initiatives. Expand existing DataMart offering to cover additional business areas.
  • Identify BI and data analytics solutions for existing business problems and challenges.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analyses and present findings to executive leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Job qualifications may include, but are not limited to:

  • Requires highly advanced computer skills - advanced Excel, SQL, SSRS and SSIS. Some programming skills (.Net or VBA) also required
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Qlikview or similar BI and visualization tools highly desirable
  • Data Mart or Data Warehouse design experience a plus
  • Experience partnering with others from across business functions to drive results
  • Must be self-motivated, highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative and / or engineering field preferred
  • 5+ years working in a BI Analytics role
  • 3+ years in a managerial role
