Overview:

CR England, Inc., a 90-year leader in global transportation, is interested in hiring a Customer Service Representative. This exciting opportunity will involve strengthening out entire inside sales process for prospecting to closing.



Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include:

 

Soliciting and acquiring daily, weekly, and monthly freight, accurately booking the orders, and providing excellent customer service.

 

Customer Service representatives are also responsible for volume and revenue aspects of freight solicited.

 

This is a Phone Customer Service position requiring strong phone and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic



Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have:

 

Strong oral and written communication skills-in person and over the phone

 

Prior Phone Customer Service, account management, and account development.

 

Strong, results-driven, work ethic; excellent interpersonal/phone skills; strong computer skills. Prior transportation experience is a plus.
