Overview:

CR England, the nation's largest refrigerated trucking companies is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Manager, to manage all operational and escalated interactions with the customers.



Responsibilities:

Operational activities include:
Communication with the customer on load changes, status updates, and late load notice

As well as documentation of communication events.

Escalated activities include development and implementation of service action plans, de-escalation of upset customers

Documentation of customer operating procedures.



Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have:             
4 Year Degree strongly preferred

Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word,
Power point, and Email

AS400 familiarity preferred             

Demonstrated skill in management of large account relationships

Presentation experience to large groups  

Ability to de-escalate upset customers, understanding the process of Listening, Showing

Empathy, Offering Solutions, and Closure

Ability to communicate in detail and ability to recognize what detail is important to each specific customer

Ability to develop and execute recovery action plans

Dedicated work ethic

Strong phone presence that shows confidence

Strong customer service perspective
